Information you give us
When you request a quote, book a ride, or contact us, we collect the details needed to provide the service: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight or train details, passenger and luggage counts, and any special requests. For corporate accounts we also collect billing contact and company details.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and Square). Card numbers are entered on their secure systems and are not stored on our servers; we receive a confirmation and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
Information collected automatically
When you browse our website we collect usage information such as the pages you view, the referring website or campaign, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your IP address itself. Our site stores a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage and a session identifier in session storage so we can understand how visitors use the site. We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies.
How we use information
- To quote, schedule, dispatch, and complete your rides, including flight tracking.
- To send confirmations, chauffeur details, receipts, and service updates.

Data retention
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, and analytics data for a limited period. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@blackcarservice.com. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor requests as required by applicable law.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Rides for minors, such as prom transportation, are booked by a parent or guardian.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you if required by law.
