How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?
For peak season (May–October) we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead, especially for Saturday dates. Limousine and van reservations require 7 days’ notice to cancel.
Can you shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue?
Yes. Our Sprinter vans seat up to 12 passengers, and we can run scheduled loops between hotels, the ceremony, and the reception.
Will the chauffeur help with the dress and photos?
Yes — our chauffeurs open doors, help with trains and bouquets, and are happy to wait while your photographer gets the arrival shot.
