Reservation Terms & Conditions
Review all policies, pricing protocols, and liability details before booking. Your reservation confirms acceptance of every section outlined below.

Section 2
Billing & Payment
- All transactions are processed through BLACK CAR SERVICE LIMO.
- Payment is generally collected 5–7 days before the scheduled service date or when authorization is provided.
- Additional identification or verification documentation may be requested when necessary.
Section 3
Cancellation Policy
Required Notice for Cancellations
- Sedan / SUV: At least 24 hours before pickup
- Van: At least 48 hours before pickup
- Limousine / Bus: At least 7 days before pickup
Note: Certain dates, events, or special circumstances may be subject to alternative cancellation requirements.
Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations made after the required notice period incur a fee equal to 50% of the total reservation amount.
- Vans, buses, and limousines canceled within 24 hours of service are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
- The trip will be treated as completed.
- No refund or credit will be issued.
Section 4
Refund Policy
Child seats and meet-and-greet services are optional add-ons and are separate from the transportation service itself. If an issue arises with one of these optional services, any refund will be limited solely to the amount paid for that specific add-on. The transportation fare remains non-refundable in such cases.
Approved refunds are subject to a 4.00% processing charge.

Non-Airport Reservations – Waiting Time & Stops

Section 6
Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Responsibility
- Customers assume responsibility for any damage to the vehicle or excessive cleaning requirements caused by passengers.
- The assigned chauffeur will document and assess any applicable charges.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Booking or utilizing our transportation services constitutes acceptance of the following provisions.
1. Passenger Behavior
PolicyDrivers reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service immediately if a passenger:
- Acts in an abusive, threatening, aggressive, or inappropriate manner.
- Uses offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language.
- Participates in unlawful conduct.
- Is excessively intoxicated.
- Damages, attempts to damage, or threatens the vehicle.
- No refund will be provided.
- We bear no responsibility for replacement transportation, accommodations, or related expenses.
2. Vehicle Cleaning & Damage Charges
PolicyPassengers are financially responsible for any damage or extraordinary cleaning resulting from their actions.
- Cleaning fees may range between $200 and $1,500.
- Damage-related charges must be paid within 72 hours.
3. Limitation of Liability
PolicyTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights or events.
- If liability is established, our maximum responsibility shall not exceed the amount paid for the transportation service.
- Passengers are encouraged to allow extra travel time for unforeseen circumstances.
4. Mechanical Failures
Policy- We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from mechanical failures, electrical malfunctions, vehicle breakdowns, or safety-related issues.
- Although we may attempt to arrange a substitute vehicle, availability and response time cannot be guaranteed.
5. Force Majeure
Policy- We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Examples include severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, labor strikes, or emergencies.
6. Traffic & Travel Delays
Policy- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, motor vehicle accidents, road conditions, construction zones, airline delays, or airport operational issues.
- Passengers should plan accordingly and allow additional travel time.
7. Personal Property
Policy- We are not responsible for items that are lost, forgotten, or left behind.
- While we may attempt to assist in recovering belongings, recovery cannot be guaranteed.
8. Pet Policy
Policy- All pets must be disclosed and approved before service is provided.
9. Service Animals & Pet Requirements
Policy- Service animals are always permitted but must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Pets must be safely restrained and transported.
- Passengers remain responsible for damage caused by animals, cleaning costs, and delays associated with animal transport.
- Failure to comply with these requirements may result in service refusal without refund.
10. Alcohol Policy
Policy- Alcohol is not supplied by our company.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in limousines and party buses.
- Alcohol is prohibited in sedans, SUVs, vans, and standard buses.
- Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- We accept no responsibility for incidents related to alcohol consumption.
11. Smoking & Vaping
Policy- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in every vehicle.
- Violations may result in immediate termination of service, a minimum cleaning fee of $500, and no refund.
12. Food & Beverages
Policy- Food is not provided by our company.
- Passengers may bring food only when permitted.
- Any cleaning or repair costs resulting from spills, stains, or damage will be charged accordingly.
13. Minors
Policy- Passengers under the age of 18 must comply with all legal transportation requirements.
- We do not provide supervision, guardianship, or childcare services.
- Service may be denied if applicable requirements are not met.
14. Transportation of Property
Policy- We do not transport luggage, packages, or personal property without a passenger present.
- Courier services are not provided.
- We accept no responsibility for unattended, transferred, or unaccompanied items.
15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Policy- Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks may lead to suspension of service privileges, additional administrative charges, and collection or legal proceedings.
16. Governing Law
Policy- These terms are governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York.
- Any disputes arising from these services shall be resolved in courts located within New York.
17. Service Structure
Policy- We provide transportation and limousine services through a network of independent affiliated transportation providers and chauffeurs.
- Chauffeurs operate as independent contractors or affiliated service providers and are not employees of the Company.
- We are not liable for actions or omissions outside the limits established by law and contractual obligations.
18. Insurance
Policy- We maintain commercial liability insurance; coverage remains subject to policy limitations, exclusions, and insurer approval.
- Insurance coverage is not guaranteed for every circumstance.
- All claims are evaluated and determined by the insurance carrier.
19. Changes to These Terms
Policy- We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.
- Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
