Complimentary waiting time
Arrival pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting after landing for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights, which covers baggage claim and customs for most travelers. Because we track the flight, delays before touchdown never count against you.

How much free waiting time do I get at the airport?
45 minutes after landing for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Additional waiting is billed per minute as described in our terms.
