Yes. With hourly service (3-hour minimum) the car and chauffeur stay nearby; for longer visits we schedule a return pickup and adjust it when you call or text.
Can you set up recurring rides for a course of treatment?
Yes. We schedule the full series in advance and, wherever possible, assign the same chauffeur so there is a familiar face on every trip.
Do you provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
No — we are a private car service, not a medical transport provider. Passengers need to be able to get in and out of a sedan, SUV, or van with minimal assistance; folding wheelchairs and walkers travel in the trunk.
Can a family member book and pay for the ride?
Yes. Anyone can book on the patient’s behalf; just give us the patient’s name and mobile number so the chauffeur can reach them on the day.
