Embarkation day
Most lines assign boarding windows. Aim to arrive at the start of yours — earlier just means waiting outside. Traffic around the Manhattan terminal can back up on 12th Avenue on multi-ship days; we plan the approach and drop-off lane in advance.
Disembarkation day
Ships usually clear passengers through the morning. Share your ship name and expected disembarkation time; we monitor the arrival and stage the car nearby, then meet you once you have your bags.
